Judging by your pale complexion in those older photos you posted, I am guessing you are coming from a low UV light zone like Canada, Britain, far south Australia, or certain colder parts of Europe/Germany. Try Vitamin D or Multivitamin. It might sound obvious; But if you stick with it, it'll help your mood some. Along with a good pro-biotic drink or pro-biotic yoghurt once a day.
